Pruning & Perennial Cuttings
The pruning of plant materials to maintain their natural character, size, and shape. The pruning process is completed during the growing season of each individual plants life cycle, including evergreens, deciduous shrubs, and ornamental trees less than 12' in height. Plants are selectively hand pruned or sheared depending on the application.
Lawn & Landscape Bed Clean-up
Includes weeding, debris removal, and the raking of all large mulch material from beds.
Mulching, Bed Edging, and Pre-Emergent
High quality, shredded Hardwood Bark Mulch, applied to landscape beds and tree circles. The benefits of mulch applications includes limiting weeds, erosion prevention, maintainance of soil moisture and temperature, and improved soil structure. A new defining bed edge will be applied at the time of mulch installation. Pre-Emergent herbicide will be applied to bed areas to limit the growth of weeds.
Landscape Lighting Service
Technician will inspect landscape lighting box, , illuminate lighting system, and check time for appropriate settings. Any repairs, failed lights, and service needs will be completed at time of Spring Maintenance and will result in additional fees.
Fountain Start-Up
Installation and start-up of fountain unit as well as any adjustments. Any repairs and service needs will be completed at time of Spring Maintenance and will result in additional fees.
Irrigation Start-Up
Control Box checked for appropriate settings, water turned on, and spray heads adjusted. Any repairs and service needs will be completed at time of Spring Maintenance and will result in additional fees. Client must provide access to control box or service cannot be completed.
Back Flow Test
All irrigation system back flows must be test annually (required by law). Test must be performed by a licensed technician.
Annuals
Quantities and variaties to be determind by client and a Calvin Landscape representitive, including bed plantings, pots, and topiary decorations.
Debris Removal
Removal of debris from contracted Spring Maintenance work. Any debris from additional work will result in additional fees.

Preparing Fountain for upcoming Winter Season. All fountains are custom therefore requiring individual attention

Control Box setting adjusted, water turned off and removed from system, and Back Flow will be properly adjusted. Client must provide access to control box or service cannot be completed.
Debris Removal
Removal of debris from contracted Early Fall Maintenance work. Any debris from additional work will result in additional fees.
